FEES

 

 

STANDARD ASSESSMENT - £150 (includes information gathering from significant adults, one visit to assess child at home/ nursery or school, written targets and relevant resources).

STANDARD REPORT - £50 (following initial assessment, review or therapy block.)

FULL AND DETAILED REPORT - ( if a more detailed report is required for any purpose (eg. contribution to Annual Review, Education and Health Care Plans  or legal work) an additional cost of £50, £100, £200 or £350 will be added. This will depend on the purpose of the report and will be agreed with you in advance. 

 

REVIEW ASSESSMENT - £75 ( this may be requested if I have seen your child for assessment or therapy in the last year and you would like their progress reviewed. This will not include a report.)

 

THERAPY VISITS - £70 (these may take place in the home, nursery or school on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis as agreed)

 

BLOCK OF 6 THERAPY VISITS - £380 (reduced from £420 if paid in advance).
